EZ Property Scouts LLC, EZ Notary Services LLC, and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered messages due to network issues, device compatibility, or other factors beyond our control. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services should not be construed as legal counsel.
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and use our services only for lawful purposes.
Payment may be required upfront for certain services. Additional fees may apply for rush, after-hours, or extended services. All fees will be communicated before services are rendered.
Fees may still apply if services have begun or a contractor has been dispatched. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
We may use independent contractors to fulfill services and are not liable for their actions beyond reasonable control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
